Leadership
Experience behind Mavrix
Founder and CEO Andrew Mashburn began working in construction at age fourteen. After earning a B.S. in Business Management, he spent more than twenty years with Würth in sales and product management — working with manufacturers, builders, architects, millwork companies, and commercial woodworking operations across the industry.
He later moved into general contracting and entrepreneurship, completing hundreds of construction and renovation projects over the past decade: medical and physician offices, commercial renovations, historic properties, retail and professional offices, hospitality and event venues, tenant improvements, specialty construction, and high-end renovations.
Those experiences became the foundation for Mavrix Construction Group.
